Equipment and What’s Included in the Franchise

The standard equipment package includes: a VR headset, 4 trackers (2 for hands, 2 for feet), a license worth €999 per year that is renewed free of charge for the entire duration of the Agreement, an official laptop, installation, and initial training.

The franchise is paid only once, and afterwards only the use of the VR simulator is charged according to the current price list, per hour of active use, with no additional subscriptions or hidden fees. Spare tracker: according to HTC’s current price list + possible shipping costs.

PRICES FOR 2025/26

Franchise: €3,000 (one-time payment, valid for the entire duration of the contract)

Equipment: 3.000 €

The hourly rate for 2025 and 2026 is €10.

Payment Methods

One-time payment: €3,000

Installments: 3 × €1,200

Pay-off model through training hours: €3,000 for equipment + €500 franchise upfront + 310 hours at €20 per hour (elevated rate); after 310 hours, the standard rate applies.
